The whole production process of Agricola Ci.Da. takes place under strict control of hygiene rules and safety.

The grapes, after harvesting, is selected on the basis of strict standards and carefully packaged and stored in wide refrigerated rooms at controlled temperature.

At the time of transport, the product goes directly from the cell to the vehicle, the latter also at a controlled temperature in a few seconds so as not to lose the characteristics that helps to maintain the temperature.
